Tiger Butter Fudge

Tiger Butter Fudge is a creamy, swirled candy made with white chocolate, peanut butter, and semi-sweet chocolate, resembling the stripes of a tiger. It’s a quick, no-bake treat perfect for holidays or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  3. Stir the peanut butter into the melted white chocolate until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a small bowl using the same microwave method.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the white chocolate-peanut butter layer.
  7. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the two chocolates together to create a marbled, tiger-like pattern.
  8. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set.
  9. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • You can substitute almond butter or sunflower butter for peanut butter if needed.
  • Microwave times may vary; watch closely to avoid burning the chocolate.
