		- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
 - 1/2 lemon, juiced
 - 1/2 lime, juiced
 - 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
 - Ice cubes
 - Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
 - Extra berries (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, lime juice, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
 - Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if desired.
 - Fill a glass with ice cubes.
 - Pour the berry mixture into the glass until halfway full.
 - Top with sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
 - Garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra berries.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
 
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey or syrup.
 - Use frozen berries if fresh are unavailable.
 - Add a splash of orange juice for extra citrus flavor.
