		- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 3 large eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 12 sheets phyllo dough
 - 2 cups mixed nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds), finely chopped
 - 1/2 cup honey
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp ground cloves
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/2 cup sugar (for nut mixture)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan.
 - In a bowl, combine chopped nuts, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
 - Layer 6 sheets of phyllo dough in the pan, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
 - Spread half of the nut mixture over the phyllo layers.
 - In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, sour cream, and flour. Mix until creamy.
 - Pour half the cheesecake batter over the nut layer.
 - Add remaining nut mixture and top with remaining cheesecake batter.
 - Top with 6 more sheets of phyllo, brushing each with butter.
 - Bake for 55–65 minutes, until center is set.
 - While baking, heat honey in a saucepan until warm and slightly thin.
 - Remove cheesecake from oven and immediately drizzle with warm honey.
 - Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
 
Notes
- Use a sharp knife to cut through the phyllo layers cleanly.
 - Best served chilled for firm texture.
 - You can garnish with extra chopped pistachios and a drizzle of honey.
