Vanilla Rooibos Latte

A warm, soothing Vanilla Rooibos Latte made with caffeine-free rooibos tea, vanilla, and creamy milk for a comforting and aromatic beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 rooibos tea bag or 1 tsp loose rooibos tea
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water and steep the rooibos tea for 5–7 minutes.
  2. While the tea steeps, heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave until warm and frothy.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener (if using) into the milk.
  4. Remove the tea bag or strain the loose tea, then pour the brewed tea into a mug.
  5. Top with the warm vanilla milk. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use plant-based milk like almond, oat, or soy for a vegan version.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Frothing the milk creates a café-style latte experience.
