- 1 rooibos tea bag or 1 tsp loose rooibos tea
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- Boil the water and steep the rooibos tea for 5–7 minutes.
- While the tea steeps, heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave until warm and frothy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener (if using) into the milk.
- Remove the tea bag or strain the loose tea, then pour the brewed tea into a mug.
- Top with the warm vanilla milk. Stir gently to combine.
