  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina powder (optional, for color)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink pitaya powder (optional, for color)
  • Fresh fruit (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries) for topping
  • Granola for topping
  • Shredded coconut for topping
  • Chia seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, mango, pineapple, dragon fruit, and coconut milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If desired, divide the mixture into portions and mix in different natural powders (like spirulina or pitaya) for a unicorn color effect.
  4. Pour the smoothie mixture into bowls.
  5. Top with fresh fruit, granola, shredded coconut, and chia seeds as desired.
  6. Serve immediately while cold.
