- 2 packs Maggi noodles (70g each)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Maggi tastemaker masala (from the noodle packets)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.
- Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce. Mix well.
- Pour in water and bring it to a boil.
- Add Maggi noodles and tastemaker masala. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are soft and have absorbed the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili sauce to your spice preference.
- You can add other vegetables like corn or peas for variation.
- Use whole wheat noodles for a healthier version.
