  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 banana (optional, for added creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries, yogurt, and milk into a blender.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup if using, along with the banana and ice cubes if desired.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
