- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box: eggs, oil, water)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or white icing
- Optional: plastic spider rings or candy spiders for decoration
- Preheat oven according to brownie mix instructions and prepare a baking pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions and pour it into the prepared pan.
- Bake the brownies as directed on the package. Let them cool completely in the pan.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth, or use white icing if preferred.
- Transfer melted white chocolate or icing to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
- Draw concentric circles on the surface of the brownies. Using a toothpick, drag lines from the center to the edges to create a spider web pattern.
- Allow the decoration to set. Cut into squares and optionally top with candy or plastic spiders for a spooky effect.
Notes
- Ensure brownies are fully cooled before decorating to prevent chocolate from melting.
- You can use homemade brownie batter instead of boxed mix if preferred.
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or nuts to the batter before baking.
