Spinach & Artichoke Dip

A creamy, cheesy, and savory dip made with spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses. Perfect as an appetizer or party snack.

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add in the chopped artichokes, thawed spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic. Stir until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden top.
  7. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread slices.

Notes

  • You can substitute fresh spinach if desired; just sauté and drain before using.
  • Try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
  • This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
