Spinach & Artichoke Dip

- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the chopped artichokes, thawed spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden top.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread slices.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh spinach if desired; just sauté and drain before using.
- Try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
