- 2 packs Maggi noodles
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- 6–8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1–2 green chilies, slit
- 1 medium onion, finely sliced (optional)
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- Maggi tastemaker masala (from the noodle packs)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add Maggi noodles. Cook until 80% done, then drain and set aside.
- In another pan, heat oil or butter. Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.
- Add green chilies and onions (if using), and sauté until softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, crushed black pepper, and red chili flakes.
- Add the boiled Maggi noodles along with the tastemaker masala and toss well to coat.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until flavors combine, adjusting salt if needed.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the black pepper and chili flakes.
- For a richer taste, add a teaspoon of butter at the end.
- Vegetables like capsicum, carrot, or spring onions can be added for extra flavor and nutrition.
