Pumpkin Spice Latte

A warm and cozy Pumpkin Spice Latte made with real pumpkin puree, fall spices, espresso, and milk – perfect for chilly days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (any kind)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strong hot coffee or 12 shots of espresso
  • Whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar until hot but not boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and espresso or coffee.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mug.
  4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy warm.

Notes

  • Use non-dairy milk like almond or oat milk for a vegan version.
  • Adjust sugar to your taste preference or use a sugar substitute.
