Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in the pumpkin puree and milk until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
