  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the chocolate.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt for added flavor contrast.
  6. Let the bark set at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
