Peanut Butter Fudge

A rich and creamy peanut butter fudge that’s easy to make with just a few ingredients. Perfect for gifting or indulging in a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy)

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8×8 inch square pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  5. Quickly pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • You can use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
  • Do not overcook the sugar mixture or the fudge will be dry.
