Peach Yogurt Parfait

A light and refreshing peach yogurt parfait layered with creamy yogurt, juicy peaches, and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or canned peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or jar, add a layer of yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Top with a layer of diced peaches.
  3. Add a layer of granola over the peaches.
  4. Repeat the layers until the container is full.
  5. Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
  6. Serve immediately for crunch or chill for 10–15 minutes to blend flavors.

Notes

  • Use non-dairy yogurt to make it vegan.
  • Fresh or canned peaches work; drain canned peaches well.
  • For extra texture, add chopped nuts or chia seeds.
