- 2 packs Maggi noodles with tastemaker
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small capsicum, chopped
- 2–3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Lemon wedge (optional)
- Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
- Add tomatoes, capsicum, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until masala is well blended.
- Add paneer cubes and toss gently in the masala.
- In another pan, boil 2 cups of water and cook Maggi noodles with tastemaker until soft but not mushy.
- Add cooked Maggi into the paneer taka tak masala and toss well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can adjust spice levels according to your taste.
- Add extra veggies like corn or carrots for more nutrition.
- For a richer taste, use butter instead of oil.
