Paneer Taka Tak Maggi

Paneer Taka Tak Maggi is a fusion dish combining the spicy, tangy flavors of North Indian street-style paneer taka tak with the comforting taste of instant Maggi noodles. It’s quick, delicious, and perfect for a filling snack or meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Maggi noodles with tastemaker
  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 small capsicum, chopped
  • 23 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Lemon wedge (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes, capsicum, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until masala is well blended.
  4. Add paneer cubes and toss gently in the masala.
  5. In another pan, boil 2 cups of water and cook Maggi noodles with tastemaker until soft but not mushy.
  6. Add cooked Maggi into the paneer taka tak masala and toss well.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can adjust spice levels according to your taste.
  • Add extra veggies like corn or carrots for more nutrition.
  • For a richer taste, use butter instead of oil.
