Oreo Fudge

This Oreo Fudge is a rich, creamy, and indulgent treat made with just a few ingredients. It’s packed with crushed Oreo cookies and has a smooth white chocolate base, making it a perfect quick dessert for any Oreo lover.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (roughly 20 Oreos)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract if using.
  4. Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies, reserving a small amount to sprinkle on top.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs on top and gently press them into the surface.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
  • You can add extra chopped Oreos on top for a crunchier texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
