- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (roughly 20 Oreos)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract if using.
- Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies, reserving a small amount to sprinkle on top.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs on top and gently press them into the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
