Nutella Microwave Cookies

Quick and easy Nutella cookies made in the microwave for a fast chocolatey treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add Nutella, melted butter, and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  4. Shape the dough into a cookie and place it on a microwave-safe plate lined with parchment paper.
  5. Microwave on high for 45–60 seconds. Start checking at 45 seconds.
  6. Let the cookie cool for a minute or two before serving.

Notes

  • Microwave times may vary depending on the wattage of your appliance.
  • For a gooey center, undercook slightly.
  • Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
