Nutella Fudge

A rich, creamy, and easy-to-make Nutella fudge that melts in your mouth, perfect for any sweet tooth craving or gifting during holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Nutella
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: chopped hazelnuts or sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine Nutella, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until the mixture is completely smooth and melted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle chopped hazelnuts or sea salt on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • For softer fudge, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
  • You can use a microwave instead of stovetop: microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
