- 2 cups Nutella

- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 tsp salt

- Optional: chopped hazelnuts or sea salt for topping

- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine Nutella, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

- Stir constantly until the mixture is completely smooth and melted, about 5-7 minutes.

- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

- Optionally, sprinkle chopped hazelnuts or sea salt on top.

- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.

- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

		Notes

- Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

- For softer fudge, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.

- You can use a microwave instead of stovetop: microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
