  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust layer.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  7. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles carefully to avoid color bleeding.
  8. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  10. Top with whipped cream and additional sprinkles if desired before serving.
