M&M Fudge

- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup M&M candies (plus extra for topping)
- Pinch of salt
- Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in 1 cup of M&M candies.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Press additional M&Ms on top for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
