- 2 packs Maggi noodles with tastemaker
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté chopped onions, green chili, and tomatoes until soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Crack in the eggs, scramble, and cook until fluffy.
- Boil 1 1/2 cups of water in the same pan, add Maggi noodles and tastemaker.
- Cook until noodles are done, mixing well with the egg bhurji.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add capsicum, peas, or other vegetables for extra nutrition.
- Adjust spice level as per preference.
- For a richer taste, add a spoon of butter at the end.
