Kiwi Lime Fizz

A bright, tropical fizz that muddles fresh kiwi with coconut rum, lime juice, and sugar syrup, then tops it with sparkling water for a zesty, shimmering summer cocktail.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cl coconut rum
  • 4 cl fresh lime juice
  • 4 cl simple syrup
  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled & chopped
  • Sparkling water, to top (≈ 120 ml)
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Optional: pinch of edible glitter (glytter® LUMINOUS LIME)
  • Optional: Sugar Rush® CONFETTI CRUNCH for rimming

Instructions

  1. Rim a chilled highball or wine glass with Sugar Rush® CONFETTI CRUNCH, if desired.
  2. Add the chopped kiwi to a cocktail shaker and muddle until juicy.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, then pour in the coconut rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  4. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
  5. Strain (double-strain for fewer seeds) into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Top with sparkling water and give a gentle stir.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of edible glitter for a luminous effect and garnish with a kiwi slice.

Notes

  • For a mocktail, replace the rum with coconut water or non-alcoholic rum alternative.
  • Adjust sweetness by increasing or reducing simple syrup to taste.
  • Use very ripe kiwifruit for maximum flavor and vibrant color.
  • Chill all ingredients beforehand to keep the fizz lively.
