Jalapeño Beef Sliders

Spicy and savory mini beef burgers infused with jalapeños, perfect for parties or game day snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped jalapeños, shredded cheddar, onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix until ingredients are well combined, but do not overwork the meat.
  3. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and form into small patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned.
  6. Toast the slider buns lightly, if desired.
  7. Assemble sliders with optional toppings and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust jalapeño quantity based on spice preference.
  • Use pepper jack cheese for an extra kick.
  • These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
