- 2 packs Maggi noodles
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup cream (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan or processed cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and cook Maggi noodles without the tastemaker. Drain and set aside.
- In another pan, heat butter and olive oil together.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in milk and cream, stirring continuously.
- Add cheese and mix until it melts into a smooth sauce.
- Season with black pepper, chili flakes, and salt to taste.
- Add the cooked Maggi noodles into the Alfredo sauce and mix well.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until the noodles absorb the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add sautéed mushrooms, chicken, or broccoli for extra flavor.
- Adjust cheese quantity depending on how creamy you like your Alfredo.
- Skip cream for a lighter version.
