Italian Alfredo Maggi

A quick and creamy Italian-style Alfredo pasta made with Maggi noodles, butter, garlic, milk, and cheese for a comforting fusion dish.

  • 2 packs Maggi noodles
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cream (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan or processed cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and cook Maggi noodles without the tastemaker. Drain and set aside.
  2. In another pan, heat butter and olive oil together.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in milk and cream, stirring continuously.
  5. Add cheese and mix until it melts into a smooth sauce.
  6. Season with black pepper, chili flakes, and salt to taste.
  7. Add the cooked Maggi noodles into the Alfredo sauce and mix well.
  8. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the noodles absorb the sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can add sautéed mushrooms, chicken, or broccoli for extra flavor.
  • Adjust cheese quantity depending on how creamy you like your Alfredo.
  • Skip cream for a lighter version.
