Iced Caramel Latte

A refreshing and sweet iced caramel latte made with espresso, milk, and caramel sauce. Perfect for a cool caffeine fix any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 2 shots of espresso (about 2 oz)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce into the bottom of a glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the espresso over the ice.
  5. Add the milk and stir well to combine.
  6. Top with whipped cream if desired and drizzle with more caramel sauce.

Notes

  • You can use strong brewed coffee if you don’t have an espresso machine.
  • Adjust caramel sauce to taste for more or less sweetness.
  • Try oat or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
