Green Detox Juice

A refreshing and nutrient-packed green detox juice made with fresh vegetables and fruits to cleanse your system and boost energy naturally.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1 small piece of ginger (about 1 inch)
  • 1/2 cup water (optional for blending)

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Chop the cucumber, celery, apple, and ginger into smaller pieces suitable for juicing or blending.
  3. Add all ingredients to a juicer and process until smooth. If using a blender, add water to help blend smoothly, then strain using a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
  4. Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient content.

Notes

  • Drink this juice on an empty stomach for best detox results.
  • You can store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but fresh is best.
  • Feel free to add mint or parsley for extra flavor and detox benefits.
