- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Wash and prepare all the fruits by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, kiwis, orange segments, and banana slices.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and lime juice until well combined.
- Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate the salad for 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.
