- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add egg whites and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick, fudgy batter forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the tops are glossy and crackly.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
