Egg Bhurji Maggi

Egg Bhurji Maggi is a delicious fusion dish combining the spicy flavors of Indian-style scrambled eggs (egg bhurji) with the comfort of instant Maggi noodles. It’s quick, hearty, and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a late-night snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets Maggi noodles with tastemaker
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 12 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
  2. Add green chilies and tomatoes, cook until soft.
  3. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked.
  5. In a separate pan, boil 2 cups water and cook Maggi noodles with the tastemaker until 80% done.
  6. Add the cooked Maggi to the egg bhurji mixture and mix well.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can add vegetables like capsicum, peas, or carrots for extra flavor.
  • Adjust spice levels as per taste.
  • Top with cheese for a richer version.
