- 2 packets Maggi noodles with tastemaker
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1–2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 cups water
- Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
- Add green chilies and tomatoes, cook until soft.
- Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
- Crack eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked.
- In a separate pan, boil 2 cups water and cook Maggi noodles with the tastemaker until 80% done.
- Add the cooked Maggi to the egg bhurji mixture and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

- You can add vegetables like capsicum, peas, or carrots for extra flavor.
- Adjust spice levels as per taste.
- Top with cheese for a richer version.
