Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (pink, blue, purple, yellow – pastel shades)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
  3. Add the melted white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Divide the mousse evenly into 4 bowls. Add a drop of food coloring to each bowl to create pastel pink, blue, purple, and yellow shades. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Layer the different colored mousse into small cups or dessert glasses, creating a rainbow or ombré effect.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  9. Top with whipped topping and decorate with sprinkles or edible glitter before serving, if desired.

Notes
