Creamy Spinach-Corn Maggi

A quick and comforting Maggi noodles recipe cooked with creamy spinach and sweet corn for a delicious twist on the classic favorite.

  • 2 packs Maggi noodles
  • 1 cup spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels (boiled)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Maggi tastemaker masala packets

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté chopped onions and green chili until translucent.
  2. Add boiled sweet corn and chopped spinach, cook for 2–3 minutes until spinach wilts.
  3. Pour in the milk and stir well. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
  5. Break Maggi noodles into halves and add to the pan along with the tastemaker masala.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are soft and creamy.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra corn or spinach if desired.

Notes

  • You can replace milk with fresh cream for extra richness.
  • Add cheese for a cheesier version.
  • Adjust spice levels by adding chili flakes or extra green chili.
