Cool Whip Cookies

Cool Whip Cookies are soft, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make with just a few ingredients. Perfect for a quick dessert or holiday treat.

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor, such as lemon, strawberry, or chocolate)
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg until well combined. The dough will be sticky.
  3. Scoop tablespoons of dough and roll into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
  5. Place the coated dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cookies are set and the edges are slightly golden.
  7. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • You can use any flavor of cake mix for different variations.
  • Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes if too sticky to handle.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
