  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface into an even layer.
  3. Brush the melted butter evenly over the surface of the dough.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
  6. Cut the dough into strips, shapes, or circles using a knife or cookie cutters.
