- 2 ripe but firm bananas
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
- Peel and thinly slice bananas into even rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
- Toss banana slices with oil to coat lightly.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the banana slices and gently toss again to evenly coat.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Let cool completely—they will crisp up further as they cool.
Notes
- Use bananas that are ripe but still firm for best texture.
- Adjust sugar and cinnamon to taste or use a sugar substitute for a lower-carb option.
