Chicken Caesar Wraps

These quick Chicken Caesar Wraps bundle the classic flavors of Caesar salad—tender chicken, crisp romaine, tangy dressing, and Parmesan—inside a soft flour tortilla for a portable, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced (about 250 g)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed garlic croutons
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, romaine, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan, crushed croutons, Caesar dressing, and lemon juice. Toss until everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Warm each tortilla for 10–15 seconds in a dry skillet or microwave to make it pliable.
  3. Spoon an equal portion of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the lower third of each tortilla.
  4. Fold the sides inward and roll the tortilla up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  5. Slice in half on the bias if desired and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil for lunches on the go.

Notes

  • Grilled or rotisserie chicken works perfectly for quick assembly.
  • Swap flour tortillas for whole-wheat or low-carb wraps to suit dietary needs.
  • For extra crunch, add the croutons just before serving.
  • Wraps can be made up to one day ahead; store chilled and tightly wrapped.
