Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches

A hearty and flavorful sandwich featuring juicy chicken, crispy bacon, creamy ranch dressing, and melty cheese, all served on a toasted bun—perfect for lunch or a casual dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 sandwich buns or hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices cheddar or provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for toasting buns)
  • Lettuce, tomato slices (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
  3. Slice the sandwich buns and optionally butter and toast them in a skillet or on a griddle until golden brown.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the buns on a baking sheet. Distribute the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  5. Top each sandwich with a slice of cheese.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
  7. Remove from the oven and add optional lettuce and tomato slices.
  8. Place the top halves of the buns on each sandwich and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Try adding avocado or red onion for extra flavor.
  • Use turkey bacon for a lighter option.
