Cheese Schezwan Maggi – Masala Maggi

Cheese Schezwan Maggi is a spicy, cheesy twist on the classic Maggi noodles, infused with Schezwan sauce for a bold Indo-Chinese flavor and topped with melted cheese for extra indulgence.

  • 2 packs Maggi noodles with tastemaker
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 small capsicum, finely chopped
  • 12 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (processed or mozzarella)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
  2. Add tomatoes, capsicum, and green chilies, then cook until softened.
  3. Stir in Schezwan sauce, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.
  4. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add Maggi noodles and tastemaker, then cook until noodles are done.
  6. Stir in grated cheese until it melts and coats the noodles.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust Schezwan sauce based on spice preference.
  • You can add more veggies like carrots, beans, or corn for nutrition.
  • Processed cheese gives a creamy texture, while mozzarella gives a stretchy pull.
  • Serve immediately for best taste.
