- 2 packs Maggi noodles with tastemaker
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small capsicum, finely chopped
- 1–2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (processed or mozzarella)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add tomatoes, capsicum, and green chilies, then cook until softened.
- Stir in Schezwan sauce, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil.
- Add Maggi noodles and tastemaker, then cook until noodles are done.
- Stir in grated cheese until it melts and coats the noodles.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
