Cheese Maggi (Street Style) is a quick, spicy, and cheesy twist to the classic instant noodles, loved by street food enthusiasts for its bold flavors and gooey texture.

  • 2 packs Maggi noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Maggi tastemaker masala sachets
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated processed cheese (Amul or similar)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
  2. Add tomatoes, green chili, and capsicum. Cook until soft.
  3. Mix in red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add Maggi noodles and tastemaker masala. Cook until noodles are done.
  6. Mix in grated cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust spice levels as per your taste.
  • You can add more vegetables like peas, carrots, or sweet corn.
  • Use mozzarella or cheddar for extra cheesy flavor.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the gooey cheese texture.
