- 2 packs Maggi noodles
- 2 cups water
- 2 Maggi tastemaker masala sachets
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated processed cheese (Amul or similar)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add tomatoes, green chili, and capsicum. Cook until soft.
- Mix in red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
- Add Maggi noodles and tastemaker masala. Cook until noodles are done.
- Mix in grated cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

- Adjust spice levels as per your taste.
- You can add more vegetables like peas, carrots, or sweet corn.
- Use mozzarella or cheddar for extra cheesy flavor.
