Butter Masala Maggi

A rich, creamy, and flavorful twist on classic Maggi noodles made with butter, spices, and a touch of masala for a comforting snack or quick meal.

  • 2 packs Maggi noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 sachets Maggi masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
  3. Mix in green chili, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and kasuri methi.
  4. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  5. Break Maggi noodles into the pan and add the Maggi masala sachets.
  6. Cook on medium heat until noodles are soft and well-coated in the masala.
  7. Stir in fresh cream for extra richness.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can add veggies like capsicum, peas, or carrots for extra nutrition.
  • Adjust chili levels as per your spice preference.
  • For a cheesier version, add grated cheese before serving.
