- 2 packs Maggi noodles
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional)
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 sachets Maggi masala
- Salt to taste
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
- Mix in green chili, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and kasuri methi.
- Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Break Maggi noodles into the pan and add the Maggi masala sachets.
- Cook on medium heat until noodles are soft and well-coated in the masala.
- Stir in fresh cream for extra richness.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add veggies like capsicum, peas, or carrots for extra nutrition.
- Adjust chili levels as per your spice preference.
- For a cheesier version, add grated cheese before serving.
