- 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and flour. Stir until well combined and a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers look slightly underbaked.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Do not overbake—cookies will continue to cook slightly as they cool.
- Optional add-ins include nuts or white chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
