- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 4 small flour or corn tortillas
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Hot sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by dividing the scrambled eggs evenly among the tortillas.
