A low-carb, protein-packed twist on the classic BLT sandwich, these BLT Chicken Lettuce Wraps combine crispy bacon, juicy chicken, and fresh tomatoes wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves.

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 8 large butter or romaine lettuce leaves
  • Optional: chopped avocado, shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Lay out the lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
  5. Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf.
  6. Top with optional ingredients like chopped avocado or shredded cheese, if desired.
  7. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.
