Berry Infused Water

A refreshing and healthy beverage made by infusing water with a mix of fresh berries. Perfect for hydration with a burst of natural flavor and no added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 6 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash all berries thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Slice the strawberries and add them along with the blueberries and raspberries to a large pitcher.
  3. Pour in the cold water over the berries.
  4. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to infuse.
  5. Serve chilled over ice and garnish with fresh mint if desired.

Notes

  • For stronger flavor, let the water infuse overnight in the refrigerator.
  • You can reuse the berries once for a second batch.
  • Feel free to add lemon slices or cucumber for variation.
