- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and jalapeño if using.
