Avocado Mango Salad with Zesty Lime Dressing

A refreshing and colorful Avocado Mango Salad tossed in a zesty lime dressing, perfect as a side dish or light meal on warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 red chili or jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, mangoes, red onion, cilantro, and chili (if using).
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
  4. Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 15-30 minutes before serving.

  • Use ripe but firm avocados and mangoes to prevent mushiness.
  • You can add cucumber or cherry tomatoes for extra freshness.
