- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro or parsley, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise for creaminess

- Add the shredded or diced chicken, red onion, celery, and cilantro or parsley to the bowl.
- Pour in the lime or lemon juice and mix well to combine all ingredients.

- If desired, stir in Greek yogurt or mayonnaise for a creamier consistency.
