Ingredients

						Scale

		- 3 cups mini rainbow (fruit-flavored) marshmallows
 - 1½ cups white chocolate chips
 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and white chocolate chips together, stirring constantly until smooth.
 - Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. Let the mixture cool for 5–7 minutes so it doesn’t melt the marshmallows.
 - Gently fold in the mini rainbow marshmallows until evenly coated.
 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down evenly with a spatula.
 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
 - Once firm, lift from the pan and cut into bars. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
- Do not overheat the chocolate mixture to avoid melting the marshmallows when mixing.
 - You can add chopped nuts or sprinkles for extra texture and fun.
 - These bars are best stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
