 - 2 oz hot water (not boiling, about 175°F / 80°C)
 - 6 oz milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, soy, etc.)
 - 1–2 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
 
Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder into a mug or bowl to remove any clumps.
 - Add the hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy.
 - Heat the milk in a saucepan or steam it using a milk frother until hot and slightly frothy.
 - Pour the milk into the matcha mixture and stir gently to combine.
 - Add sweetener to taste, if desired. Serve immediately.
