- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (for topping)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and 2 tablespoons of the milk until smooth.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and add the remaining milk and chocolate chips.
- Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with mini marshmallows.
